Today I got on my Xbox and I couldn't play with any of my friends I wondered why then I tried to play an online game and it told me to find something else to do I didn't know why can you help me.

hi my account got banned i got no letter or reason as to why microsoft didnt send me a enforcement letter the last time i got into troble was a month ago and that was dealt with ive not talked with anyone but friends the last month so im not sure why ive
been banned some plz help me
