My account got 9999 year ban and I am looking for answers!

Hello, my name is Jordan. When I was 13 years old, my childhood account got banned. I played Halo 2 on that account and other games that were my childhood. Now that I am 20 years old and I have matured a lot then, I am curious is there any possible chance
that I can get details on the account: xxxKING SLAYERx for being banned?

The email on that account is a very old account, I can't gain access onto that email address. Also the password is lost as well, please I just want to know. I had too much great memeories on that account. Whatever the issue was that I did on that occured
I am willing to fix my mistakes. I have grown up a lot during that time period. That account hold speical meaning to me, if I can have it back I will do anything for it. Not recieving E-Mail?

Yea so my main account got a 9999 year ban and I have yet to receive this so called email that im supposed to get that explains why I was banned, I'm very frustrated with this support system, PS3 is so much more simpler than this.

Agree. Nothing happens to modders. I had my other account banned in 13 for no apparent reason. No evidence. No NOTHING. Till 12/31/9999. That same day I had a $50 gift card and one year xbl. After I got off I got back on a couple of hours later. What
do I see. I see I am banned till 9999. Once again no evidence. Modders are there untouched but people that literally do nothing...get banned.

You mean locale from settings, if so then answer is YES.

Problem is that I got banned for 9999 years, I'll surely be dead by then and the game didn't finish downloading. Now I can't sign in to the account and finish download so basically I got effed out of my money. I will make a call to support tomorrow but I
need advice now.

Ok so I just was on and my account just got banned BUT I am able to sign into Xbox . Com and the enforcement site as well but in my Xbox one it says temporary banned but then I signed in my 360 and it said banned till 12/12/9999. But when I look at the enforcement site and it lets me log in and doesn’t show the new ban only a ban from November 2020 and have had zero bans since then . Could this be a glitch or bug ? If so will my account get unbanned?
