You should not post your personal information on a public forum.

You can try finding out what the email does through here and then you would need to reset your password.

I tried downloading my xbox 360 live account again on my 360 and it has been ages since I last tried to log in and still the same issue is it actually the 360 servers or my account i cant even play 360 on my xbox one please help i just want to use my 360 with my account

If you are just simply trying to add a profile you had on your Xbox 360 to your Xbox One, you can do so by just putting in the login information for that account on your Xbox One.

The problem is that I never linked my xbox 360 to my xbox live account, and now it don't want to. So I'm trying to link my xbox live account to my xbox 360, but all I get are error messages.

My account is linked to my xbox one without any problems, but in order to save xbox 360 game data on my xbox one, I have to download my/a xbox 360 profile, which I can't do because my profile won't connect to xbox live.

Usually I would just play my 360 games on the xbox 360, but unfortunately my xbox 360 can't run games due to a hardware malfunction.

Okay I know this sounds probably stupid but is there a way I can make a 360 account on my Xbox than I can use my 360 account because I can’t remember my 360 account ?

If you have never logged on your xbox 360, then chances are your account is not on there. Follow the instructions on here

https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/xbox-360/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-profile-xbox-360 it should give you the info you need.
