My account falsely permanently banned

my account surged realm was accused of threatening and go permanently banned when I didn't when I asked in the review to reopen my account and check my messages to see what actually happened I was turned down while I was called a **** a **** a **** by a
group of kids lead by a accounts named crammable, wupah, and call me baskin

yet I get banned for this how is this fair I should have my account reopened and have the messages gone through to see that I was falsely accused

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

I submitted the review yet they didn't go and check what I said instead they said I was threatening even though there's no messages on my account of me threatening except them calling me a bunch of disgusting names. Which shows they didn't review it they
just reupload what those kids reported and didn't check themselves showing how screwed up the system is.

I got an email saying I was permanently banned. Is this false? I've only had a temporary ban one time before so how long will my account be banned?

If it is not shown on the Enforcement page, unfortunately there is no other way to appeal the sanction.

Thank you for your help, but nothing shows up on the enforcement page, it says no active suspensions, and it has no enforcement history, but the account is banned from xbox live.
