    I was playing watch dog 2 and I stopped the game. Sincé I did around 2 hours ago I cant play because it sais like i have to purchase again. There is no support online now to resolve this incovenient, can someone from support help me?

    If you have changed your account to a region that those games are no longer available in, it is noted in our support article,
    Change the Region of your Xbox Live Account, that:

    If you have content that isn't working, it's likely because of your region change, and we are unable to provide refunds for this.

    It also seems that you have multiple billing accounts, so the Rewards team is unable to make deposits into your account. I've noticed
    here that they had escalated this and offered you a work around; a couple weeks ago
    here they let you know that your account was located in a region that Rewards is not available in and they will be unable to deposit into your account. That being the case, I suggest you
    opt out of the Rewards program. If you sign up under a new account, you may be able to reach out to them and ask them to transfer your deposits that should have been made into this account.

    If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We're more than happy to help clarify anything that may not be fully clear. my account doesnt work :)

    In that case, I recommend contacting Sony or Mojang support. If you are trying to log in and are saying that you already have another account linked to your PS account you will need to contact Sony to find out which account is linked.
