    I've been in the Xbox Live Rewards program for a while now and it seems as if my account isn't working well. I have played a lot, completed surveys and stuff but not a single point has been added. Besides, every time I enter the page again it asks me to
    join as if I wasn't already part of it. I receive a lot of mails about this program but it just won't work with my account.

    Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

    I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

    I had an Xbox Live account and I resigned for the Xbox Live Rewards program. After a period of time, I decided to delete my account but I already receive Emails of the Rewards Program. I tried to stop the emails with the button at the bottom but it didn't

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
    the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Playtime/achievements do not award Credits unless as part of a special offer. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity, so your recent survey taken today has not yet been processed. We do not see any other survey activity on your
    account. We were able to log into your account and not see a page to join, so you may be having a browser issue. You may wish to clear your cache or use a different browser.

    I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
    team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

    what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

    Hello Razmigg,

    Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

    Have you attempted to call 11-800-4-MY-XBOX? They would be the best place to start with purchases and your account.
    Phone support doesn't handle the rewards program. This forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the Xbox Rewards program.
