My account Currency from redeemed cards...?

Xbox.com used to use a points system, but now it's actual money type currency from redeemable cards. I have in my account at xbox.com $64.00 and I am trying to download Ultra sf4 as a game addon from my PC, not my xbox itself and when I go to purchase it
asks for my paypal.. I have a paypal account here but I want to use the money from all my redeemed coded cards I have in my account here, how do I use my account currency here for the addon instead of my paypal for the download?

Hopefully the remaining Microsoft points that people have will be converted to local currency, or else that would be a huge waste. I found an FAQ on this, hopefully the information is true.

Microsoft points (currency) not displayed on xbox 360

i bought Microsoft points (currency) from shop (Xtra-vision)£10 about few days ago i could not redeemed it on xbox because it would say that it is different type of currency but it was not so i redeemed it on my pc and now i have £20 in my microsoft
account but it does not display on my xbox.

 

Sorry to hear you're having issues using the currency system. Unfortunately the website cannot use currency as yet. However, you can post a request to have this feature added at the following link:

To add to the above, you can use your currency if you make the purchase through the console.

Yeah, from my PC to buy the addon for my xbox to then I can connect to xbox later, I don't have my xbox right now and won't for about another week or so.

 

Like was stated before, the website is not currently set up to accept local currency in your microsoft account for purchases. You will have to wait until you can do it from your console or use another payment method to make the purchase on a PC. Sorry.
