    My account CrEaTeXMoAbZz has just been banned - my son was playing Call of Duty and he is very skilled and very fast. The people he was playing with were too slow & falsely accused and reported him for cheating-HE WAS NOT CHEATING! My son should not be penalized
    or bullied because he is more skilled than others. Please reinstate my account immediately. My son has worked really hard on his acheivements and he would NOT cheat. I spoke to one of your XBOX support members and he agreed!

    Additionally microsoft will not investigate this the ruling is final sorry. Future reference dont give out account info to friends and make sure you keep your account locke with a numerical passcode of your live ID.
