    My account can't purchase one specific thing.


    I have been trying to pre-order the Destiny: Rise of Iron DLC for the last week, but for some reason I can't pre-order it. I've checked on friends' accounts and they can buy it, and I can buy anything else on the marketplace. It did this to me once before
    with Destiny DLC, does anyone know of any fixes that might help?

    I am having an issue downloading a few specific prices of game content.

    To answer your question:

    I simply get a "can't download" message after I purchase a specific DLC pack for a game. My region (Continental U.S.) is set for both areas. I can download anu thing but those specific things listed above.

    "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." And I'm trying over and over again.

    I'm trying to purchase some games from "Deal of the Week", but I can't and this message continues to pop up. I get this error in the website and in the Xbox 360. The specific error number is 80167611.

    "Funny" thing is one of the solutions for this error: use a PayPal account. I have always used PayPal with no problem to purchase stuff from xbox.com since 2011. Of course, I can't buy games from xbox.com if I can't pay.

    What devices have you tried purchasing it on?

    No error code, when I open it up in the xbox store on my xbox one, it says that it's unavailable. I have tried purchasing it on both my xbox one and off the website, with no luck on either.

    Hey, m1m1kall! Sorry to see you're running into this issue! I'm see the button on

    our site     as "Preorder", however I am unable to click it because my account doesn't own Destiny and The Taken King (which has both Expansion I and II in it). If you do not have those on your account, you will be unable to purchase it.

    Do you have Destiny and The Taken King purchased on the profile you're posting on?

    Hey guys. Im running into the same problem on my system. Its saying its only available as a bundle for 60.00. Why would i get that when i own everything else but rise of iron? I already tried on the microsoft site as well and it shows price but no preorder
    button.

    Is it possible on of the pieces of DLC you own was purchased on a different account? If that's the case, you'll need to make sure you own all DLC on the account that is attempting to purchase Rise of Iron.
