    My account can't play Xbox live.


    So I recently purchased a 3 month Xbox live gold card and redeemed it to my old account. But when I go to play Xbox live it says this account can't play Xbox life. How can I fix this or what is the issue ?

    I can't play online with my Gold Account !

    Hello, since 1 hour I can't play online with my xbox live gold account !

    When i tried to play onlines games , my device said "You can't play online with your Xbox live account with your profile ! "

    It says that with all my games but i can download the game with gold of the month ! My subscribtion will expire in december 2018

    I already tried to reboot my xbox one and my account !

    Recovering my account...

    The other day I was console banned. I got on my brother's Xbox and recovered my account so I could play some LIVE. Now I want to recover my account back onto my banned Xbox so I can use it for single player games, but I can't because I can't connect
    to Xbox LIVE. Is there any way I can recover the account back onto my banned Xbox?

    No error code just a message that says this account can't play Xbox live. I tried multiple games as well

    Restart your console and test the Xbox live connection. Sometimes it needs a restart to be able to register you have renewed your gold membership, at least that's what has happened to me.

    If that doesn't work, check your parental settings to see if the M rated games are blocked.

    Says it's connected to Xbox live and it signs me into Xbox live. But still doesn't let me actually play. The message that pops up says this current profile can't play Xbox live.

    If your console is connected to the internet it will automatically connect you to xbox live. Are you using the same account you're using to reply here? Cause the one you're using here on the support forum is silver and it wont allow you to play online.

    My 3 sons all have xbox live gold accounts and at least 1 of these has this set as their home xbox.

    I can certainly play xbox live on my account so one of them must have or I wouldn't be able to.

    To be clear, they can't get party chat to work either when they play it.
