    My Account can't hear anyone in party!!


    Hi Guys, My main account got banned for a week for something verbally or something, anyway I finally am allowed to join parties and no one can hear me, my mic is unmuted, I've left and rejoined party and I've reset my xbox, but when I join on my other Account
    they can all hear me perfect. This is REALLY frustrating as all these new games have just came out and I can't play with anyone due to this stupid party chat thing. PLEASE RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE I SNAP MY XB ONE IN HALF.

    Can't hear anyone in party chat

    MidnightThudJustin,

    Select your Xbox button on your controller and scroll down all the way down to the right. Select
    Audio and make sure your mic is not muted here.

    If that does not work try going into settings

    select network settings

    select advanced settings

    select Alt Mac address

    Clear

    Restart

    Trouble Shoot Headset click the link for other trouble shooting

    Are you using a headset or a Kinect sensor for audio chat?

    I think you may need to delete your profile off of your Xbox and then download it to your Xbox. If that doesn't work, then delete your profile, turn off your Xbox, unplug it, plug it back in, download your profile, then sign in.

    If none of these solutions work please contact Xbox Live Customer Support.

    Headset Microphone problems from latest NXOE update 1/23/16

    Same headset, opposite issue. Everyone in party can hear me, but I can't hear anyone. I can hear myself in Mic monitoring as well. I am very tech savvy and have tried everything I can think of, but have not found resolution. A workaround I have found for
    me is to assign my headset to another xbox live account on my xbox (one of my kids') and then invite that user to the party. Then I can hear and they can hear me. Might work for you...

    Microsoft please fix this bug it happens to me all the time I go into a party and I can't hear anyone and I check my profile and click on the party chat option but it doesn't work
