My account can't change profile

Sorry for the issue with your profile. You should of got an email to your primary email you use to sign in, explaining the enforcement action and how long it is. You can also go to the

Enforcement site and view the enforcement there also.

You can't change a child account into an adult account, changing the birthday under your profile doesn't helps.

It can't be done, my friend. Your Xbox profile/account is linked to your Microsoft Account. You can't change it.
