    Hey, just wanted to add my name to the list of folks getting the pbr9002 error. Frustrating because I used my target gift card to buy this prepaid card and now I can't use the credit.

    I've already bought two games on xbone so I don't understand the problem with this purchase. Please help!

    I'm having the same issue here.

    Used to buy games using my paypal account and now I keep getting the PBR9002 error.

    Microsoft, fix it plz!

    Cannot claim free Games with Gold 360 game, not purchase any 360 game.

    It is not a child account, and I do have a credit card associated.

    The credit card is used to pay the Gold subscription and I have used it to successfully buy a number of Xbox One games.

    Hello,

    I have the exact same problem.

    I purchased some gift card at the airport, redeemed 2 of them and they are available on my account but get an error upon payment

    I have then tried with 2 different credit card (including my business one!), Paypal account and still get the dreaded PBR9002 problem.

    Can someone explains what is the problem?

    Yea im havin the same issue..using AMEX

    sometimes i get an error saying "Credit card number is invalid" and sometimes im able to sucessfully add the credit card to my account, but everytime i press purchase to buy my Xbox Live that is expired, it keeps saying "This action cannot be performed at
    this time, please try again later"...Wow been tryin this for a week almost.

    I chatted with a person from Microsoft and they said to use an alternate payment method

    Still no luck.
