I am using my Xbox and I've been kept getting signed out like someone else is using it and I've given it to two friends and they are with me

recovering live account when all i remember is my gamertag.

Is there any way to recover a live account when you cant remember the email address used? I know the recover gamertag option is there but without knowing my address used I cant reactivate it.

Promotion ended without me knowing :/

Was about to purchase Zoo Tycoon since I saw it was on sale last night. But when we were about to purchase it today it wasnt on sale anymore :/. It didn't have a warning last night that the sale would end like it usually does. Would the developer still able
to give discounts not posted on xbox live? Just curious and want to save money, tnx.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, you would want to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

Also keep in mind that sharing an account with anyone, even friends, does violate the code of conduct. So if they have your account information you would be putting your account at risk for being banned.

You can go to enforcement.xbox.com and you may get more information there.

You can also file for a case review (appeal) while you are there and they will then take a second look at the ban.

If they determine there may have been a mistake then they will lift the ban, if they uphold the ban then that unfortunately is the final decision.

HI there,

I believe that changing your Password should result in the account requesting the password to be entered, which in turn will result in not being able to access your account without knowing the password.

It may take some time, but last time I changed mine it resulted in me having to enter the password on my console too.

I really need to know this tbh. It's the only way for me to even buy games on my own without having my parents being all scared for using their credit cards.

As far as i know all xbl bans etc are dealt with on forum...One thing i would suggest is that you make sure your kid is being totally honest with you and also that no one else in household has been using their account. Other thing had they been using their
account at a friends xbox and maybe not deleted their account from it, i did that once and my nephew was playing my account without me realising for a few days.
