My account being permanetly banned tells me to appeal in xboxenforcement.com but doesnt pop...

Hey, so basically last night at 4:16 PM when i was mid game, I got kicked out to the login page and when I tried to login to my account and it says it is permanetly banned and to view how to appeal etc through the enforcement link. I go to my enforcement link but nothing pops up, it shows I have a clean record and history and a good reputation. I have had a total of 10 communication bans over the course of my 3+ years playing xbox and they were all minor things such as me saying a curse word in a message nothing ever extreme. This time, I didn't send or do anything to get myself banned and I am just banned. I called, and the guy said they can not deal with enforcement stuff or contact the enforcement team and told me to wait a week and call back if it still says I am perm banned but not popping up on the enforcement page. I understand the only way to contact the enforcement team is through the appeal but I cannot even make an appeal to contact them. I am logged into the right account etc. The second time I called a different guy answered said to wait 24 hours to see if the enforcement page would update but that didn't work either. So my dad calls and somehow this other 3rd guy we have talked to now knows more than the other 2 and states that I only need to wait a week and my account will be unbanned and I will be able to play again. But, on my xbox screen it says it is permanent. Nothing more has been done since last night. I just need to figure out who to talk to to get my account unbanned since it is showing it is permanently banned and I have gotten 3 different answers in 3 different phone calls. I don't know what to do anymore I have spent countless hours on xbox and a ton of money on games that I now have 0 access to let alone things inside of the games. Again to recap, my xbox says I am permanetly banned and to check enforcement for more details. Enforcement shows that I am perfectly clean nothing is banned etc, and I am logged into the right account. 1 guy told me to wait a week and if it is like that to call back. Another tells me to wait 24 hours to give it time to refresh on the enforcement page. The 3rd guy tells my dad it is only a week ban not permanent even though it says permanent for me. I am aware I have to contact the enforcement team but I cannot do that without it coming up on my enforcement page. Please help me no one has been able to so far.
