my account banned

Hi, I need to recover my account that is banned or banned and I can not play on xbox live. I do not know the reason for this ban, I have never caused problems to anyone of any kind. I want an explanation of why, after having bought a game of € 100 and
a PC of € 4000 now can not play it on xbox live is unfair, and nothing less than 30 years I can not use my account, or recover my account or me return the game money that is the forza horizon 4.
