My account banned and I want my games transfered

I was banned on my old account 3 months ago and also i got console banned this all stemmed from me getting my now ex friends account because he let me get on his account and change his Gamertag he said he was getting another Gamertag so I changed it and
I put it on my main account a couple days later he said that he wants the Gamertag back I told him no because I wasted 11.00$ to change my Gamertag so he got mad at called Xbox and said I stole his account and Gamertag he sent me the account info on Xbox live
messages I submit a review on nforcement and said this and it wasn't looked into they said I stole the account yet the guy sent me his account info over Xbox I spent over 1,500$ on those games plus add one I need this resolved or I'm just going to keep talking
about this I was a valued Xbox member I been with Xbox for 7 years and this is how they treat a Xbox member

liscence transfer accident

no i accidental transfered and my other account was banned for no reason apparently i modded my tenure but i dunno but im worried that ill get banned for sorting this so i want microsoft aware

Okay when i got my xbox 360 slim i lincence transfered wron account the i lincence transfered my old account. And the conten. Revolution and vengance dissapered so i wonder if i take my brothers account and lincence transfer will i get banned? Sorry for

You may not have stolen it, but giving access to your account to anyone else violates the code of conduct. So by taking and using his account you did violate the code. Since the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.
