My Account and Xbox has been banned

My Xbox account, I Like Mad Boys, along with my Xbox one console, has been permanently banned. I tried to upload a funny gamer picture onto my account, and it said it had to be approved. I expected it to not be approved for obvious
reasons, but instead of just turning it down, I was signed out of my account and found out I was permanently banned from my (I Like Mad Boys) account, and after chatting with a friendly Xbox live chat support person, I was informed my Xbox console was also
permanently banned as whole. This whole situation is very unfortunate, I put a lot of money and time into my Xbox and would really appreciate some help in this situation. I meant no harm in any way, only to have a small laugh with me and my friends. I just
expected it to be rejected, I was not prepared for my entire account (that i have had for 6 years) and my 500 dollar Xbox console to be banned forever. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated.

if no unauthorized access happened or it didn't happened during an unauthorized action maybe you should start reviewing who has access to your console

you cannot get unbaned

a permante suspension are final

you may only inquire about an suspension in that forums

unless there is unauthorized access in which in this case none was found according to YOU

the UAI team doesreview with the enforcement team about any actions taken againsgt the account IF and only IF it was caused during unauthorized access

The enforcement team do not use the forums so nothing anyone here can tell you.

You can go to the enforcement site here for info on your account ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

Console bans can not be appealed.

Doesn't matter if it was meant as a laugh with your friends,if you get caught violating the ToU/CoC you will be punished.

Please contact Xbox Official support by going to
support.xbox.com/contact if your account has been compromised and you believe you were banned do to your account being compromised. If you would like to submit your case to the enforcement team, you can go to http://enforcement.xbox,com/ to submit a case.
Be sure to sign into the account that has been banned.

The only Information that you will get is from the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

If you feel that you should not have been suspended then the only thing that you can do is file for a case review.

Part of that case review process is getting all of the questions correct on the questionnaire in order to be eligible for the case review.

All the answers to the quiz are on the enforcement teams website.

If you have have missed to many and it says you have to wait 24 hours then you will have to wait the 24 hours before you can try the quiz again.
