My account and Case review

Dear, To Whom Necessary

My account Spoildstone01 was permanently banned I tried to complete a Case Review. In the Process of doing that i wasn't able to complete it. The case review was accidentally submitted with me saying "Dear Microsoft Enforcement Team". Hopefully with any
chance you would help me submit another case review or get my account unbanned. The Representative told me to make another account because i couldn't make a forum on my Spoildstone01 account. Here my Reference Number from a Support Team Member: SRX1421147669ID

Account suspension and Case Review

I got suspended on Thursday 30 August for inappropriate communications here. After receiving the suspension I filed a case review to appeal my suspension. After I submitted the case
review I was informed that it would take 24-72 hours to review my appeal which didn't happened at all. After the 72 hour period had past I decided to contact Xbox Support why my case review hadn't been

updated they said this. It didn't resolve my issue which I won't have expected them to but did give same guidance on the matter. Everyone I know that filed a case review was either contacted
or the Enforcement team made a decision within the 24-72 hour period. Also note it's the Enforcement team's policy to make a decision within 72 hours of submitting the case review.

Has anyone had this issue with Xbox enforcement and case review?

Your rep will only show on your console if it falls into "needs work" or "avoid me".

You can always check your rep & what reports you've received in the past 6 months on the enforcement site
here

As for the case review inquiry thing,you will only have a case review on your account if you have filed for one due to enforcement action.

As rep is nothing to do with support it sounds like someone has just given you some incorrect info as they did not know what else to say,something phone/chat support do often.

while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions; however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.
