My account AKA TO KiLL got an indefinite ban and I didn't do anything. Help me to get this ...

I sent a message to my friends on xbox which might have been a bit inappropriate for xbox but was overall completely innocent and was just made for a few laughs and wasn't meant to be taken seriously. In the message I added my friends number and did at the
end say "please prank her" which for this obviously meant it was all in good intentions nothing was to be taken seriously it was just a joke, even she had a laugh over it but some people took it a bit to seriously and reported me.

I have owned an xbox since I was eight which is eight years I connected to xbox live in 2012 and ever since then have been a proud member of the xbox live community I've also had the xbox one for about 3 years and I have never had any serious suspensions
such as this in the past I have always been in good standings with xbox so I beg to you at the enforcement team to please unban my account AKA TO KiLL I hope you do decide to make this change.

You can ask for a case review here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo but what you did is against the code of conduct.Doesn't matter if you meant it as a joke or not.

Yet my account says indefinite I literally didn't do ANYTHING. Why is Xbox so harsh on the bans lately I've tried talking to Everyone and no response. If this keeps up il switch my services to PS5 this is just ridiculous. I get on after work to Play and my account is banned when will enough be enough with This Team?

It's been awhile since my account got banned for indefinite, Over 7 years of data lost. Cant even play offline with any of my games, I Feel i have been banned for an unfair amount of time ( Indefinite ), The Reason I got banned was because during a message conversation with a friend on chats we were talking and I typed the word '' **** '' and '' **** '' and he thought it would be funny to report me. Obviously I was telling him not to because of previous suspensions in the past and didn't want to get banned, but nonetheless i got banned and for a unfair amount of time., My appeal was also denied but I am honestly not very happy that i got that amount of time. I understand that the words i used may not have been appropriate but a INDEFINITE Ban? for those words? not fair.

They do take into account all of your accounts previous suspensions that your account has ever had when determining the punishment for future bans.

so if you have gotten suspended in the past other times then they would see that as you not learning your lesson and eventually slap a permanent ban down if it continued.

That being said if they denied your appeal then theres nothing else that can be done.
