When i made my old account i accidently put the wrong age.

Hi, is there a way i can change the age of my xbox live account cause i put the wrong date of birth down by accident i was born March 11th 1993 but i managed to put 1994 not sure how i didn't notice is there a way i can change it?

There is no way to change the age on your account. This is for safety reasons to stop users from circumventing the parental controls.

EA has age restrictions in place. If the age of the account is set wrong and it's under 13, then it won't allow you to play. There's no way to change the age on an account.

If you have the wrong birthdate set on your account, then unfortunately there's no way to fix it. Age cannot be changed.

NOTE the age of the account has to be 18 in order to promote it, if your age is lower than your real age you will have to wait til the age of the account is 18, even if your are over 18 the age of the account has to be over 18, and there is NO way to change
the age if you entered it wrong.

Changing the age on your email doesn't change the age of your account. There is no way to change the age of an account.
