I removed then re-add my accont but those games don't work ;__;

my accont got banned untill 12/31/9999 and i looked on my email ANd it said i got banned for tampering and i dont know how to hack or what hacking is so please try and unbanned me my gamer tag is oH smoke weed my brother made the accont for me

You'll need to do that on account.live.com. Once you sign into your Account there you'll see the option at the bottom of the screen to Cancel your account. Most likely you'll get a message about needing to close payed subscription, if that's the case you'll
need to contact support and get them to close your points account and any paid subscriptions as well as clearing any pending balances.
