My AC adapter(Xbox One) is only in stand-by mode

I have tried everything, followed directions on support pages and tips from users on Youtube. Nothing works! What should I do? Is it possible to buy a new one from Microsoft? Do I have to return my AC-adapter to Microsoft and they will send me a new one?
What should I do? What options do I have now?

I recently bought a new AC adapter for my XBOX One. Suddenly, my XBOX started beeping.

I bought an AC adapter for the XBOX One. My old one exploded on the inside (It's a long story...) so I got a replacement. I plugged in the adapter. It was a little loud, but it worked. So, I turned my XBOX off.

I had my XBOX completely off, but I left the AC adapter plugged in. A little while later, my XBOX beeped about five times. Then, it stopped. I immediately unplugged the AC adapter in fear it would harm my XBOX. What happened? Is that normal? This has never
happened to me before.

Also, it appears the charger is made by a company known as Matejack.

On holiday I've lost my ac adapter for my Xbox One...

In Belgium you can't buy original Xbox One adapters in local stores. And if you search online you only find adapters that are From other brands (support says you can't use them or you lose the warranty).

Where can I buy an ac adapter for my xbox one?

No, you cannot use third party wireless adapter with the 360 or X1. And if the router is dual band, then it should have both 2.5 and 5ghz modes to support both. As for the AC adapter, it's pointless to go AC unless your speed increase demands it. You'll
still only get the maximum throughput your ISP gives you regardless if you have a N or AC adapter. What speed are you getting increased to?

I tested both my new one and old one on a different Xbox and they work so its not the ac adapter

Rest easy friend, your Xbox one is healthy and working fine. As M3tal Daz3 stated the adapter will remain white for a few minutes when it is cycled down and in stand by mode. Orange indicates very low to no power.

@IceStorm III - Exactly! Only if I could explain this to him more clearly. All i need them to do is to replace my AC Adapter which takes in AC 110 v and powers the XBox with 12V DC. But they said i would be wasting money if i bought another AC Adapter

To make it worse, i actually talked to a person over the phone but just couldnt make him agree. i posted this hoping someone else has done this before.

Hello, just thought I would ask if your using batteries to power the Wheel or the AC adapter? As Only the AC adapter will allow force feedback and active resistance to work. The Batteries only allow for the Wireless Driving ability, but will disable the
other features as a method of conserving power.
