    My 9th year tenure is not appearing on my Xbox One profile.


    I've been having this issue since December 2nd, 2016, my tenure is not changing from 8 years to 9 years on my Xbox One profile, however, it did change on my Xbox 360 profile. I've tried re-downloading my profile, rebooted the console multiple times and nothing
    seems to work. Please help! Thanks!

    My 9th year tenure is not showing on my Xbox One profile.

    Hi, my tenure is still stuck a "8 years" on my Xbox One, it's now 4 months behind when it should've changed on December 2nd, 2016, to "9 years" like it did on my Xbox 360. This is a big problem and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

    Had this myself & it should just sort itself out.

    My tenure should change in July & it did everywhere except on the Xbox One but after about 3 weeks it did change.I wouldn't worry about it.

    To build off Daft Badger's post, it should take a full billing cycle (or around 30 days) for your Xbox Live tenure to update to the accurate date. This may have occurred do to a lapse in your membership, even if it was very brief. If 30 days go by and your
    tenure is still inaccurate, post back here to let us know! :)

    Had this myself & it should just sort itself out.

    My tenure should change in July & it did everywhere except on the Xbox One but after about 3 weeks it did change.I wouldn't worry about it.

    Yeah, my gold was renewed 3 weeks ago. It appears on Xbox One, my tenure, but it's gone from my 360 profile. Has been for 3 weeks.

    Renewed my xbox live and It's saying my tenure is 0 years

    When I upgraded my second profile to gold after being silver for two years it took a week for the tenure to appear.

    So try waiting a few days.
