MY 8 YEARS IS GONE OFF MY PROFILE!!

Today I happened to look at my profile like I do everyday and noticed my 8 year status was gone. Called Microsoft and of course like everything else they don't know what happened at all. I've had Gold for all 8 years and have never missed a subscription
since that's all people buy me for Christmas and my birthday. Never have I reverted to Xbox live silver. NEVER! They told me to delete my profile and re download it and NOW I can't put my day one achievement in my showcase of Xbox profile. Now it says "sorry
we can't do that right now, try again later".

AWESOME XBOX!!! So now I have a blank profile with no years on it. I refuse to play Xbox anymore until I get my years back. This is a real slap in the face from Microsoft because even the representative said it shows zero years and that is 100% impossible.
If someone can help me it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

My tenure got reset.

I already tried deleting my profile and redownloading it a few minutes after i realized my 8 years was gone. My brothers xbox shows my 8 years missing on my gamertag and i've talked to my friends in party chat and they say they can't see my tenure either.
8 years times 60 dollars is alot of money I've paid over the years and I want to be recognized for it again. Just last week everything was fine and I had 8 years on my tenure but now its gone! FIX IT ASAP! I WANT MY 8 YEARS BACK NOW!

commerce.microsoft.com and checking Subscriptions out there. If you see any lapse in time for this, please post back letting us know that you had Gold during that time. For details on Purchase date, you can select "view history" on each subscription you've
added. You can even private message me a screenshot with personal information blotted out. You can send me a private message by hitting the envelope at the bottom of my post.

If you had gone to silver even for an hour, the tenure will disappear temporarily. It generally takes a full billing cycle for it to reappear, but it can take longer. Rest assured that while support cannot see it, the system knows what your tenure is, and
it will update in the future.

 

I have not missed any months at all. I'm a loyal customer that never misses a subscription. Seeing my profile with a 10 year tenure is one of my main goals on Xbox. I have over 550 followers on Xbox and that's the first thing they see when they send me a
friend request. I take pride in my tenure. I'm 32 years old and make sure I never get downgraded to XBL silver. Please if you can just forward my profile or information to someone high up or on development team so I can get this resolved. I'd hate to leave
Xbox so I'm trying hard to get this issue resolved. When the xbox 360 was launched I waited 17 hours and was first in line in freezing cold temperatures. And when the Xbox one launched I was also first in line and waited for over 8 hours for it. I don't ask
for much...all I want is my tenure back lol.

Unfortunately you'll just have to wait for them to look into it. They aren't going to push you ahead in line. Waiting in a cold line doesn't bring entitlement.
