    My 8 Year account is banned because I messaged my friend and he reported me as a joke.


    Hello Xbox service employees, My account was just suspended from me messaging my friend and him reporting me. He was trying to mess with me and I told him not to because my account will get suspended. He has done a similar thing before resulting in a 14 day suspension. Please understand that this is a misunderstanding my friend was just playing a prank on me. I will never message him again or do anything negative in the xbox community ever again. I promise you I will never message another person on Xbox messages ever again. I really can’t lose this it was my brothers old account and he is unfortunately no longer with us it is the only thing of his I could keep. Please I genuinely can’t lose this account I use it in honor of him. This account has been used for years by him it has countless memories on it and thousands of dollars used on it. I can’t lose my brother again because my friend was just trying to prank me. I can’t lose this account Xbox please it’s all I have left.

    I submitted an appeal and it got denied I talked to an Xbox Support Agent earlier today and they submitted a case review and told me to respond to Xbox’s email with a service request number and I did and nothing has happened yet.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    No because I was reported yesterday after having a joke with my friend through messages and was banned like 2 minutes later

    I just got banned on the 20th for sending a messages to one of my buddy’s as a joke and he knew i would get banned so he reported me, it was in a group chat, and after that i have not sent any messages, and nobody has reported me?
