My 7 days to die game won't transfer on new Xbox!!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, is this a digital game or a disc game?

If this is a digital game, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the console, perform a powercycle before attempting to install the game again, keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If the game is tied to your account you should be able to find it in the ready to install section of my games & apps.

If the game isn't there then you should wait a small time period (3 Days Average) if the game still doesn't appear reach out for support on there site.

7 Days To Die, which I know won't be cross platform since PC get more updates and have different things in game.

Yeah its a cool little game, only really tried single player so not sure of the mp side of things.

One of them games that seem it hardest at the beginning then gets easier (maybe just me thou)...also riding about on my bike and road rage killing bears/ zombies will never get old
