My 6 year tenure is gone

I was unable to get to my Xbox for a week so I could renew my live because I was moving and everything was packed. When I renewed it my tenure was gone, it's been renewed for two weeks now and it still hasn't come back.

How can I fix this

Hye, I need help my 2 year tenure is gone and im getting pretty upset :[. Please somebody help.

 

It can take some time to return. If it doesn't show up by next week I would recommend contacting @xboxsupport on Twitter.

 

Funny because mine is gone after 8 years of uninterrupted subscriptions. Microsoft told me to wait a few days. On there end it says zero. I'm done with Xbox if I'm just gonna get shafted like this. I'm even a BETA tester and give feedback all the time. I
guess this is how they treat their loyal customers

 

I was at 7 and about to go to 8 years tenure this week and it just disappeared. I'm 1,000,000,000% sure I didn't have a lapse. I even checked the commerce site. It just vanished off my profile.

 

lol got mine back after soo long they even kicked me out of ambassador program for saying i was leaving to sony if it wasnt fixed. lol funny
