    Hello so I got xbox one S bought from microsoftstore.com have it now for 3 weeks and I went to my account on my rewards and it says

    Pending Credits
    Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account.

    so i contacted support and I was told to buy gift card like £5 so I did activated it and i was told that it will work then but it still says pending, and I dont see those £5 as 5000 credits as it says on that site ''Fill up the meter to trigger your next
    deposit. Once you've reached at least 5,000 Credits''

    So I want those 50k credits and also those 5k credits thanks if you need my order number write me or as you are support you can check it yourself. Thanks

    Guys ,I had an offer emailed to me about buying an xbox one S and getting expedited delivery and 50k in rewards credit , I have received my console but no rewards credited to profile , any ideas whats going on please.

    I recently purchased a Xbox One S from Microsoft's online store and used the Xbox Live Rewards 50k promo code. It linked my order with my XBLR account. I haven't gotten my 50k rewards credits. It has been 15 days since shipment. Please help. I would very
    much like my reward credits now especially in time for week 2 sales.

    The credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to
    5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Hello so I received £30 from that reward but those 5k are still missing it says You have 0 Credits - 5,000 Credits so i dont have them when will i have them

    The £5 you added to your account will not show up as Rewards credits. Only credits you have earned from other offers on the site will show up.
