My 50,000 reward credits are not showing up

I purchased an xbox one s under my missions in my xbox rewards account for the current upgrade promo. It has been past 14 days and it does not show 50,000 reward credits pending In my account.

There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

i purchased the Xbox One S during your 50,000 promotional period, waited the 15 days after it shipped and HAVE NOT received my 50,000 reward credit!

Look up my account and provide my credit!

The Credits are currently pending in your account, and should be included in your end of month deposit. You can view your pending Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
