My 40 Keys Disappeared when community goal was reached

    My 40 Keys Disappeared when community goal was reached


    Kept playing in Tanzania to reach the community goal. But when that was reached, my 40 keys just disappeared! This and the game just knocking me off the server is getting to be a real pain.

    where are my power card keys gone

    I reached my power card community goal and now my bonus keys disappeared. where did they go??????

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    What a load of BS

    I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?

    Not gettng Keys!!

    I'm experiencing the same exact issue. A number of times I've reach the goal for the keys and when the community goal is reached, I get nothing.

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!
