    please help , my 3 moth membership has finished , so i try redeem a 14 day trail and it says i already have a xbox live membership but it wont let me play any mutiplayer or online and also it says my party chat is blocked (Ox89231022)

    so my xbox live gold membership ran out on 11/20/14 so i dont have it anymore but when ever i trie to redeem a xbox live gold code it says that i already have gold but i dont

    To Xbox support

    I have entered two xbox live gold trail cards one 14 day one and the other was a 2 day one. when my friends invite me to a party it wont let me join it and says I haven't entered a code. So i enter it again but it then says i've already entered this code.
    This is very annoying and frustrating, can you please fix it.

    The Free Trial is for those who are not currently Gold Members and not to extend the membership of those who already know how the xbox live works. To renew your gold membership you should purchase it.

    it let me do it as if I don’t already have a membership please fix this I payed 60 dollars for my 12 month membership

    I have already changed the Ethernet cable and reconfigured the ICS several times, it won't let me connect to Xbox Live. I remember I redeemed a code in which I could use the Xbox Live Gold Membership for 14 days in the same day this error started happening.
