    Console ghost Turn off and On

    From last few days when I started playing on my Xbox, it automatically turns off after few seconds. It's like someone touching the power button, proper ding sound also audible and it again auto starts after few minutes.

    Sometimes I need to manually start the console but again it turns off. I have to do this for at least 10-15 times after that console will work perfectly fine.

    First I thought my power adapter has some issue but the same thing happening with another adapter too.

    Can some one help me before that ghost kills my console?

    Audio Cutting Out

    Hi,

    Having audio problems with my xbox - when I first turn it on the sound works fine but after a while (seems to happen most often after loading screens) all audio from the xbox cuts out, both game and dashboard sounds. Sound can be restored by turning my TV
    off and on again, but then it cuts out again after a few minutes.

    It is an old style xbox connected via HDMI cable - I've checked that all connections are dust free and secure.

    Any ideas?

    What kind of xbox 360 do you have? Sometimes older models have this problem.

    Also install all you games. It will reduce heat, hence reduce noise.

    it could be that the coils holding your cpu in place is sooo hot the fan is trying to cool it down. Sometimes it means red ring is just over the horizon.

    Ahh reminds me of the old days when I turned my first old school 360 on. Is it an old non hdmi model OP? If so that is normal with that particular model. Also used vibrate so much you could use it as a massager.

    Ahh reminds me of the old days when I turned my first old school 360 on. Is it an old non hdmi model OP? If so that is normal with that particular model. Also used vibrate so much you could use it as a massager.

    I had the exact same problem with my XBOX ONE controller. It wouldn't pair for the life of me, but in another computer it worked. Finally realized in the taskbar of the computer that didn't work Airplane Mode was enabled. I turned off airplane mode and
    now my XBOX ONE controller will pair again. I hope this helps someone else like me that had no answer for why the controller didn't work for the longest time. Such a simple thing ;)
    Hi there. I was stucked with this trouble since a few weeks, and was about to buy a new adapter.

    Removing airplane mode solved the situation. Thank you!

    However, I don't know if a windows update defaulted the airplane mode, or if after a windows update the airplane mode is now causing the trouble with the adapter.
