My 360 profile won't download.

So I can play all of my Xbox one games just fine, but I can't even download my Xbox 360 profile on my Xbox one or any of my 360's. It tells me that my credentials are wrong but I know that they're right. I've gone through all of the suggestions that I
could find online and nothing is working. I've even spent 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft and still nothing.

Hi,

Password too long perhaps or has special characters (such as %&#)?

I seem to remember that the 360 has big problems with passwords longer than 10 or 11 characters. Suggest you change it to one of around 8 characters, a combination of letters and numbers with capitals and lower case and try again.

Password is only 8 characters with none of them being special, and ive changed it several times. Everything was working fine a couple weeks ago and out of the blue all my 360 stuff stopped working

Update, I tried using my Elite Xbox 360 and it won't download my profile either.

You'll need to download your account to the console -
support.xbox.com/.../download-your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-360-console That will have your achievements, but it won't have your game saves.
