    My 30$ has been disapeared of my account!!!!


    A month ago I recharged my Microsoft account to buy a Minecraft package and I thought I would recharge more than necessary for future purchases, luckily for me the remaining balance has been deducted and does not seem to appear, I have already contacted several agents and they don't know how to give me an answer, the worst thing is that after my balance disappeared it doesn't let me top up the account anymore and whatever I try to find on the internet doesn't let me either, it's been 15 days now that I've been looking for something new every day What to try and it won't let me, I sent forms, I contacted Minecraft to see if they know something or it has happened to any of their players and they know how to help me, 4 days before I contacted an agent named Alexis, I appreciate his good intention but We couldn't come to anything like always, I demand that you give me a solution that works for me or I swear I'll go to another platform and report the entire franchise for scam and false advertising.
