my 3 month prepaid gold card is not working keep getting an error

I'm having kinda the same issue redeeming my gold still. I've got 2 separate 3 months, both purchased from different areas not working. I keep getting the something went wrong try again error message, Have been since xmas day.

But when I try redeeming on my 360, even though it's a prepaid card I get the "you can't use this payment method for this purchase, try another" error

I have the same error.

I buy an xbox prepaid card for $ 24,99 valid for 3 months xbox live gold membership and the activation not work. The system show me an message "INVALID CODE".

The prepaid card was powered by fastcard.

So, where i can find help or support to solve this issue ?

Hello, EpicSpiderman7! Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to pause or suspend your Gold membership. Once you redeem the prepaid card, the time starts. My only suggestion to you is to get a 3-month prepaid and save that 12-month until you get
back.

And same with Xbox One?

I ment xbox prepaid cards not just prepaid cards like 3 months gold cards, still credit card information?

That's the same problem by me too. I have a 3 months gold membership prepaid card but it doesn't work. Need help.
