    My 3 Month Gold Suscription doesn´t let me play online, frustating.


    My 3 Month Suscription is available on my suscriptions profile, but when I try to play a game online, the "Join gold now" message appear like I have no gold. Help me please, whats wrong? I want to play online.

    I'm having a problem with my xbox live gold suscription

    I have already payed my xbox live gold suscription for 12 months, 3 weeks ago and even played on these days but right now when i want to play it doesn't let me and it says I need to have a gold suscription. could someone help me? (I'm from Mexico )

    hey there, i rencently got a one month xbox live gold card to renew my suscription and everything worked fine until i wanted to play online multiplayer, thats when a new screen poped up and asked me to upgrade to gold, went to check on my suscription and
    it already says i have gold suscription that ends 01/6/18.

    Microsoft, PLEASE just give us (Gold Members) codes for DiRT 3

    I have done everything I can to download it but it just doesn"t work. My gold membership is on my nephew account (he is not 18). And it would not let me download. It ask to buy it on xbox one , but that also doesn"t work. I don"t have a xbox360 .What options

    I am currently using a gold card given to me by a user on here,that i redeemed on the off chance it gave me the games for gold,it turned out to be a trial card that doesn`t,i still don`t play online.

    Please point out the lie there!

    I gave away my killer instinct code to a user on this very forum,a few days later he gave me a 3 month code he wasn`t using as he had several years of gold already paid for.

    I never ask for the code he simply gave it as a thank you.

    I redeemed that card purely for the games for gold i never played online.

    Please point out the lie there !

    I have the same problem today.

    My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...

    Okay then. So you have an Xbox Rewards attached t your Microsoft Account. But you updated to a gold membership and your Xbox Rewards account doesn´t recognize the payment nor giving you the specific amount of Microsoft Points you should have given to.

    If you can answer this little question, this will help to find a solution as soon as possible;

    1. Type of membership you bought: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or Special Edition (Halo 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, etc.)

    2. When and where you bought it.

    3. Is your Xbox Rewards account fully activated.

    4. How long has passed since you bought the suscription.
