    i requested my Credits to deposit into my account but i never got anything. this was back in 05/25/2016 another thing i was wondering about if i could get xbox live membership using my credits?

    I have not received 15,000 rewards credits from Xbox live rewards

    On 5/6/18 I redeemed one 10,000 credits and one 5,000 credits but I never received them. On 5/8/18 I redeemed 150 coins for crossout and got them moments after redeemingit. I'm a little concerned as to why I got the crossout coins but I never received 15,000
    credits worth of rewards credits. Is there something I am not aware of, like a change in the amount of time it will take or is there just an error that occurred?

    Haven't Received Rewards Credits after Redeeming Gems

    Hello,

    I recently redeemed 250 GEMS for 5,000 rewards credits. Although this transaction shows up under the "MyVIP Perks and Gems Statement" in my account, I never actually received the rewards credits. Please help.

    Support will check on the deposit and post back here, but gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It's not possible to use funds on your account to purchase gold.

    The Rewards site should show if the credits were deposited already. You can verify the deposit at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and check your returns. A deposit of 3,600 credits would be listed as a deposit of $3.60USD.

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, you spent that deposit on a purchase of Elite Dangerous on June 30 2016.

    have not yet been awarded. Those are calculated at the end of the month and awarded by the 15th of the following month.
