My 250 points i did not receive them after answering the survey

I answered the survey on December 31, 2016, a few hours in January 2017 and the mark said "until January 31," I answered everything. Now it's January and it's been over 96 hours and I have not received the 250 points, please fix that problem.

where are my points

when i first joined i had done a special offer for 500 points i never received them fast forward to today i do another survey for 250 points and again did not receive my points i can understand if there was a glitch in the system but please i just want to
get my points for the work i did.

Rewards Program, won 20 points, points haven't been added?

I got 20 points from the Rewards program by answering a survey. The points haven't been added (got them by doing a survey). Did it earlier, why haven't the points been added?

Haven't gotten the credits for this either and i'm not getting reward credits for purchases i made in december with my MyVIP 1 star rank.

You will want to re-post in the Support forum to receive assistance. You posted in the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. My guess is you probably did the survey too late on the 31st because the whole program is run on UTC time so the
cut off is not local time.

Gixxer17: you will want to post in the Support forum as well, however, MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited between the 12th-15th of the following month so it is too soon to see your December rebate.

Little correction, I have 250 points and not 1,250. I obtained these 250 points from a survey completed a few months ago. Is it true I will receive reward points for pre-ordering Halo? If yes, how long does it take for the points to be added?

yup me to I've spent well into the £100's and ain't received a thing yet all my account says is I've did the last survey which is worth 250 points. And in all honesty, I think I haven't been receiving the correct amount of rewards for a few months. I was
hoping they would add my rewards before the current sales on Xbox Live/.com run out as there are some bargains I'm after.

We had received a report that our web team had fixed the issue. We'll reach out to them and have them take a second look at your account specifically to investigate for any unique issues.

This is what is showing, I did a survey a week or so ago and was rewarded with 250 points, as u can see those points have now disappeared too and my lifetime rewards still sit at 0
