My 24 hour Ban has been lifted but i still cannot talk with my friends in party chat.

i have seen this topic across the web. i understand the bans have to be dished out. but what really annoys me is they ban you knowing theres a communication glitch. all bans should be suspended until the glitch is fixed. it is horrible not being able to
communicate with fellow gamers. and sad to see this glitch isnt being solved i see many gamers n the web who still cannot chat after 7 days- 2 months. I am unable to submit a case review because the suspension has been lifted

my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .

Sorry you're still not able to talk after you ban has been lifted. This is actually a known issue that the Xbox team is actively working on resolving. Follow this thread for updates. When this is resolved the resolution will be posted there. Currently there
is no ETA for resolution.

 

Seriously?? they charge us for this service and KNOWING they have this problem.... they still do it.

 

I have NEVER been banned from xbox and THIS is how i get thanked for spending insane amounts of money on it?? hahaha ok.
