My 2016 Dec mission count to zero spending

Hi,

I've asked this question, but the support said my spending is zero!

I've bought following games under my xbox account in 2016 december:

Halo 5, Rise of Tomb Raider, Gears of War 4, BattleFields 1, pre-order Halo War 2

So I should completed the mission of "The best Rewards of past, present, and future". But the mission doesn't refect those progress properly. Would you verify those order and grant me the mission complete reward points?

It is just not possible that my count will be simply zero with all these purchase! If the xbox reward program not going to accept any purchase from Microsoft directly, should I go to BestBuy or GameStop to buy these games instead to participate the reward
program?

Message notifications not working

Same, new update and I haven't had message notifications all day (22-dec-2016), but they worked last night (21-dec-2016). Uninstalled app and reinstalled, no fix.

The mission is about spending a set amount of money during the month of March on a list of specific games. If you own one already that would not count and to complete the mission you will need to buy another one (or more depending on the value).

 

The purchases have to be made from the Xbox Store (console or Xbox.com). If you made the purchases from the Microsoft Store (Microsoftstore.com) they would not have been eligible. Purchases from Microsoftstore.com are only eligible if the offer specifies
that the purchase has to be made there.

This program only tracks and rewards purchases from the Xbox store. Since your Halo Wars 2 purchase and Dead Rising 4 purchase were made from an alternative storefront like MicrosoftStore.com or the Windows store, it was not eligible for the offer. While
we do have offers from time to time for the MicrosoftStore.com store, this offer was not a MicrosoftStore.com offer. We see your Xbox purchases were tracked correctly, but since you did not complete all three chapters of the offer, you did not complete the
offer.
