My $20 credit code message expired

I had received a $20 credit from xbox live in a message as compensation for the issue that had to do with new xbox ones purchased around August 18th not being able to read games. Unfortunately I waited too long to redeem the code and the message expired
so I can't do it anymore. Is there anyway I can get the code resent to me or is there another way to find it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear it. You could try contacting phone support for your region to see if there's anything they can do to help. Otherwise, codes are not usually resent.

There's nothing to fix.The credit had an expiry date & you missed it due to you not reading the date properly.

Why is it ridiculous that Microsoft wont give you more credit because you messed up?

No one is going to help you out other than to tell you to check the expiry dates on things more closely in the future.

It's ridiculous because there's an utter disrespect for customer loyalty here. I contacted them two days after it expired, with intent to use the credit to purchase a $50 game. The fact that they can't give me back $20 I earned to make a $50 purchase on
their system shows how little they care about us. They'd rather lose a customer than give me back my $20. That's a dumb marketing strategy.

Unfortunately Rewards do have an expiration date and unless the person helping you is feeling very giving, you won't get any free credit to replace it. Sorry man! Make sure you look at the dates at billing.microsoft.com often.
