My 2 wireless Xbox One controllers won't work!

I'm sorry to hear that's happening.

Have you tried to do the hard reset while having the controllers connected via the micro USB charging cable? If not do this:

• Press the power button on the Xbox One S for 10 seconds. (leave the controller plugged in with the USB cable while doing this)
• Unplug the power cable from the back of the console and the outlet.
• Wait a minimum of 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
• Once the 30 seconds are up plug everything back in and turn on the Xbox.

This should have the console do the start up, after it's all back up try your controller to see if it works.

You are talking about the Xbox One controller, right? The Xbox 360 wireless controller won't work even if using a USB cable.

I have 2 controllers. One that is wired, and I have separate controller that is wireless. When I plug in my wireless controller it doesn't turn on, and it makes my other wired controller which is plugged in turn off. The wired one works fine by itself. but
once the wireless one is plugged in it doesnt work. What could be the problem?

Microsoft was fairly explicit that existing 360 peripherals would not work with Xbox One. At this time, the only thing mentioned so far is that a physical adapter is in the works to convert the new output port on the new controller to work with existing
wired mic devices.



Wireless mics won't work as the wireless protocols are different. The Tritton Warhead is wireless. It won't work with the Xbox One. It doesn't matter how much you spent.

I try to connect my Xbox Elite wireless controller series 2 via bluetooth on my Ipad Pro 11 inch 2018, but it can't make connection or won't be recognized. The series 2 controller supports bluetooth. I can make connection with the other older version Xbox
One S wireless controller immediately.

I'd make a phone call with Apple support and they said that maybe the problem could be that the Xbox Elite controller series 2 won't be supported and isn't compatible with Ipad.

I want to know guys if you had the same problem and I want to ask if there will be an update in the future to solve this problem?

At the moment the series 2 elite controller is not compatible with Iphones/Ipads. At the moment the only device that the series 2 controller is available on IOS side is the Mac and even that it's janky. Series 2 controller works fine on Android at the moment.
