    My 2 week old Xbox one s 500gb keeps shutting off while I playing it.


    While playing a game on my Xbox one S it will freeze and shut off. It is only 2 weeks old and never has worked right . Never have played a full game and it would never update from the first time starting it.

    Xbox one keeps randomly shutting off

    What's up.

    My xbox one keeps randomly shutting off while I'm playing games. It can't be a ventilation problem, as just now I turned it on and was playing a game for 20 min before it shut off. I've tried restarting, resetting wireless router, resetting the power supply,
    and nothing is working. Anyone know what's going on? My xbox is 3 years old. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Hey there,

    If it's less than a month old and is randomly shutting off, you should return it to the store where you purchased it and get it exchanged.

    Xbox One Random shutdown issues

    I'm experiencing the same issues. My system was working fine for the first few weeks but when I start playing it today, it keeps shutting off. Every time I'm 5 minutes into the game the system will shut off. And there would be a few times when after it shuts
    off, I will turn it back on and it will shut off a second later. It will do this like 5 times until it turns completely on. I hardly was playing my Xbox one. I probably played it 10 times since I bought it.

    My xbox keeps shutting off by itself, it’s not over heating and i trouble shoot the power supply but it just keeps shutting off pretty much anytime i play a game.
