My 15 dollar gift card don't work

Hello , now when you say it doesn't work what do you mean exactly by that?? Did it not let you redeem the $15 code or did it not let you make a purchase with the $15 credit???

If it was from microsoftstore.com, you need to make sure you're contacting their customer support, not Xbox support. https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/DisplayHelpContactUsPage/

It was on the Microsoft store and is still there. I was already in contact with customer support 2 different times and the second time they told me to post here, is there somewhere else I should be posting?
