    i order a 15$ card, and it shows in my order feed but it's not on my account and it only shows the $3.25, i havent purchased anything i just want to know why my 15$ not showing. I want my 15$

    $15 card

    It's best to purchase cards in the region that you intend to use them for. Points/currency cards are region locked so if you were sending one to Mexico from another country, it would not work.

    Also, points/currency cannot be used to purchase a gold subscription. You would need to purchase a prepaid gold subscription card.

    $15 card

    Hello,

    If you purchase a $15 Xbox Gift Card in the United States you will only be able to redeem that card on a US account.

    If you plan on sending it to Mexico, the person redeeming will not be able to use a US card on a Mexican account.

    Are you sure you have logged into make the purchase with the correct account?

    Also, is the region you are purchasing from the same as the one you redeemed the voucher on? It was US $ you added?

    There could also be a temporary issue with Purchases. If you are sure it is the correct account and region, try having a chat with Xbox support here:

    Contact Us | Xbox Support choosing Account in Step 1 and then Other in the the next step for the chat option to appear. they can investigate your account and tell you what is wrong.
