my 14 year old son was banned til 9990

was wondering if someone can shed some light on why and how a 14 year old boy gets banned for life from x box live. for every story there is 2 sides and I'm sure you only heard the one side. my sons account is [Mod removed] the other side to the story that
might not have been told is yes my son was up to no good while playing fifa 15 but then again looks like he was set up to. the first kid he was playing lost then that kids friend told my son double or nothing and then my son lost. so two wrongs or three wrongs
don't make a right. I feel that these kids he played against should either be banned for life like my son or my son should have his live account reinstated. can someone please get back to me on this matter and I will provide all the names of the parties involved.

Rogue Verdict account banned until 31/12/9999

Hi,

My account has been lifetime banned. The account is Rogue Verdict. Its an account I created for my 14 year old son to use. He apparently modded his avatar from skin colour to blue. I realise this is against code of conduct rules but I feel a life time ban
for a 14 year old is a bit harsh. Is there any way I can appeal the severity of the ban?

My 10 year old son was banned!?

I never received an email unfortunately, just a proof of the notice when my son demonstrated an attempted sign in. I did speak with an xbox support rep who directed me step by step to removing my profile from all xbox devices , that would better secure
my account and require more access to my email and stuff before an individual could sign in.
