SO yeah it pretty much says it all in the subject, but my 14 day free trial of xbox live gold that I got with my Halo 5 game, expired before the expiry date. Also I had an Xbox Live Gold 12 month Gold membership that expired on Jan 13 but Im pretty sure
I activated it in August, which means it should have expired in August not in January. This is making me quite mad. Can someone please help me out asap? Thanks! Also one more thing, I sometimes have my Xbox one and my 360 turned on at the same time, would
this somehow interfere with my xbox live gold and make it expire earlier then normal?

Xbox live gold trial never went through!!

I tried redeeming a Xbox live gold trial ( 14 days) on my Xbox one and didnt let me redeem it. I then tried redeeming it on the Microsoft site. It said you have redeem it. However, I went through my Xbox one and it had not went through. I currently
have had a Xbox live but with a 3 month code. It just expired yesterday ( Jan 14, 2016). I would appreciate the help.

My Xbox live gold code (14 day trial) expired on a date before I purchased my xbox one x..

Who do I contact about this? the store I bought it in? or Micosoft?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

Update: I activated my 14 day trial for live gold and it DID gave the the discount for deals with gold. HURRAY

Thanks for your update. If you've had a subscription prior to redeeming whether the subscription is currently active or expired, your Xbox Live 14-day trial will not activate. By design, trials are solely available for new accounts for users who have not
experienced Xbox Live Gold.
