My 14 day trial is not working!

Hello,

I just got the Gears of War 4, Xbox 1 edition, and when I went to use my free day trial, I redeemed my code and then I went to play Star Wars: Battlefront, and it said I needed a gold membership. I just got my trial going though. I went back to try
and redeem it again, but I couldn't. Can someone please help me?

14 day trial not working

I used a 14 day trial and when I put it in it said I had live but when I tried to start a party it said I didn’t have live and I can’t put in the code anymore because I used it already

14 DAY TRIAL NOT WORKING

Put in the code for my 14 day free Gold trial, and it worked for two days then stopped. Any idea why?

Trial codes do not change your account status to gold. It only allows some aspects of online multiplayer. There are some game modes/games that don't work with trials and require a full gold subscription.

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

Before you contact phone support, you may want to test your connection to Xbox LIVE and if that doesn't work try to delete your profile (profile only), and then download it again. See if those steps work, if not, feel free to contact support.
