My 14 day communication ban thats unfair that has nothing to do with selling/phihsing I...

I need to know what i can do to reduce this ban or get rid of it entirely because 15 days for a something thats not even being shown as per my screenshot which it says i violated community standards but how is the question cause theirs no evidence that i did and honestly im about to consult a lawyer about this and maybe start a lawsuit against Microsoft because without a reason you cant ban someone and i did get banned for no reason unless they can provide evidence that i did and even then ive spent a lot of money on my xbox profile games online and movies and all kinds of stuff for my account so if i somehow lose that because Microsoft is being unfair to me for whatever reason what do i do because like i said im about to contact a lawyer about this not the community but about Microsoft in general for this ban that i dont feel is just without giving me a reason as to why ive been banned. not taking it out on you guys the community but like this needs to be fixed or I need to be shown some evidence cause i was harrassed recently by a scam and reported and nothing happened to them but yet I'm the one who got a 15 day ban only a day after i reported and sent a message to this scam that harassed me thats not cool in the slightest

He isn't threatening you, but merely pointing out that continuing the behavior that got you banned for 7 days and then 14 days will get you permanently banned if it continues. It has nothing to do with being a loyal customer and everything to do with your
action and behavior.

i have 14 days to change my controller , do you know what i do??? every day for 14 days i will go to the store and change it for 14 days ))) so every day i have a new controller, this is my third controller P... but microsoft will receive 14 which it can no longer sell DDD im happy for this (Guys sorry for my English)

I'm afraid you're probably not going to like this answer, but here goes ...

Ultimately, your account access is your responsibility. Microsoft provides tools that require you to sign in with your password or a passkey on remote consoles, thus blocking others from accessing your account. So if your account was not set to require a password/key,
then unfortunately you weren't hacked. You're free to submit a case review at the
Enforcement site and submit your facts, but I don't believe it will be overturned. I wish you luck.
